Location: Bizerte, [[filter2]], USA  

Supervise daily production activities and operators on the production line.

Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved.

Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

Manage team attendance, discipline, and performance.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and HR departments.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace regulations.

Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

Train and support operators to improve productivity and efficiency.

Prepare production reports and monitor line performance
