What will your job be about?
- Track customer orders and ensure timely follow-up
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding planning and delivery processes, ensuring accurate information flow
- Execute production planning, control, monitoring, and reporting activities,
- Prepare shipment lists, follow up shipment schedules, and organize transportation (truck planning)
- Create and manage shipment transactions in the ERP system
- Manage recycled packaging materials
- Monitor daily stock levels and ensure accuracy
- Track critical materials, conduct production feasibility analyses, and coordinate production plans
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly operational meetings
- Take part in design change meetings and support change management processes,
- Prepare and report inventory data
- Develop capacity and utilization plans
- Create long-term production plans
- Prepare and report production performance reports
- Review and update planning procedures periodically
What will you bring with you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning
- Experience KSK production methods is an asset
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments
- Good command of English and Turkish
- Strong PC skills (MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP MM and PP module
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Residing in Bursa
