To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Planning Specialist L1 in our plant in [[location]]. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create calculations for new locations for production material placement;
  • Plan the implementation of engineering changes into production;
  • Prepare labeling/identification for production materials;
  • Perform weekly optimization of material placement in production;
  • Verify the accuracy and relevance of materials placed in production;
  • Coordinate production activities related to the implementation of production orders/instructions;
  • Work with the SAP ERP system, including entering material placement positions;
  • Perform daily component counting/reconciliation in production;
  • Complete reports and update files on a weekly basis;
  • Prepare calculations for critical component coverage upon buyers’ requests;
  • Monitor stock levels of critical materials in production;
  • Conduct inventory counts in production;
  • Prepare the production work plan/schedule;
  • Coordinate the work of dispatchers and supervisory personnel in production;
  • Weigh scrap waste and process the write-off of defective materials from all production areas.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in manufacturing or logistics (preferred);
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in calculations;
  • Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables);
  • Ability to work under pressure, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
