RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Lead, train, motivate, develop, and evaluate production operators.
• Ensure compliance with production plans and implement plan changes when required.
• Monitor and report production data accurately and on time.
• Ensure achievement of production and quality objectives.
• Follow escalation procedures and support problem-solving activities.
• Promote continuous improvement through Kaizen, QCC, Jishuken, SMED, and 5S initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and waste management standards.
 
 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of production processes, work methods, and quality standards.
• Understanding of production equipment and manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, QCC, Jishuken).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• English language skills and technical education are considered an advantage.
