To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product & Design Engineer in our plant in Yazaki Mudanya

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer design changes (via BEAMS), coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure timely implementation
• Maintain and update technical documentation, drawings, and BOM data (SAP, PTC)
• Evaluate the feasibility of design changes and collaborate with related departments
• Conduct cost and value reduction activities (e.g., wire & tube commonization)
• Contribute to FMEA activities and integrate customer requirements into processes through effective analysis
• Monitor department KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Work in compliance with IATF 16949, ISMS, KVKK, and EH&S requirements
• Manage document and process follow-up within quality systems (QDMS, BIC, EOS)

What will you bring with you?

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
• Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Fluent in English
• Preferably knowledge of International Quality Standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, IATF 16949)
• Preferably knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, Control Plan, Customer Specific Requirements)
• Preferably ability to use program tools such as BEAMS and SAP
• Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• No military service for male candidates
