Procurement IT Specialist - SAP & Coupa

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a Procurement IT Specialist – SAP & Coupa to support and improve our purchasing and procurement systems across EMEA. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with leading enterprise platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, SAP SRM, SAP ECC, ServiceNow, and procurement interfaces in a large international organization. 

We are looking for someone who enjoys working between business and IT, understands procurement processes, is curious about technology, and wants to contribute to system improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives. 

You will join a dynamic regional team working with global stakeholders, evolving tools, and cross-country procurement challenges. The role offers strong exposure to SAP and Coupa procurement topics, with the opportunity to contribute to future SAP transformation roadmap activities at Yazaki. 

What You Will Do 

• Support indirect procurement users across EMEA in SAP, Coupa, SAP SRM, and related purchasing applications. Troubleshoot incidents linked to purchasing processes, master data, interfaces, IDocs, payloads, and integration errors. 

• Work with procurement teams, IT technical specialists, and external partners to solve issues and improve processes. 

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, change requests, and system improvements. Support testing, validation, implementation, and post-go-live follow-up for system changes. 

• Contribute to automation, simplification, reporting, and better user experience in procurement processes. 

• Create and maintain practical documentation such as business requirement, functional speicficaiton, process flows, user guides, interface descriptions, and support procedures. 

What We Are Looking For 

• 3–5 years of experience in IT application support, procurement systems, SAP, Coupa, or similar enterprise applications. 

• Good understanding of purchasing or procurement processes. 

• Knowledge of SAP SRM, SAP purchasing transactions, procurement master data, integration points, IDocs, and enterprise data exchange. 

• Experience with Coupa, including procurement processes, interfaces, APIs, or integration methods. 

• Good understanding of ITIL principles, especially incident, change, and demand management. 

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools. 

• Strong Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and issue investigation. 

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
