To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Process Engineering Technician L3 in our plant in Meknes . 

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, update, and validate work instructions related to testing technologies.
• Develop, program, install, and validate testing equipment and systems, including test boards, screwdriving stations, vision systems, test modules, and associated equipment.
• Design, develop, and maintain test programs and testing sequences in accordance with project technical specifications.
• Ensure the commissioning and implementation of testing equipment during new project launches and product changes (Change Management).
• Ensure the availability, backup, version control, and configuration management of test programs and parameters.
• Participate in the technical analysis of internal defects and customer complaints by identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing equipment and systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes by proposing innovative solutions to enhance quality, safety, productivity, and equipment reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Project, Quality, Maintenance, Production teams, and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of new product launches and engineering changes.
• Capture and document lessons learned, and share best practices across the Testing team.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Bac+2 / Specialized Technician Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering , Industrial Automation Systems , Industrial Maintenance Or any equivalent technical discipline ,
• Previous experience in Testing within the automotive industry is required.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, and industrial IT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and wiring diagrams.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• French: Fluent, both written and spoken.
• English: Professional working proficiency, with the ability to understand technical documentation, use technical platforms, and communicate effectively with international teams.
