To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Process Engineering Technician L3 in our plant in [[location]].

Responsible  to ensure, organize and manage maintainance of the company property (assigned offices, surroundings space, plumbing, lightining, sewerage and sanitation) and to decide on equipments and suppliers.
 Responsible of operation of the offices, cleaning status, repairing and servicing equipment, as well as obtaining services for the company and also for the new changes at building and installations.
Responsible for ISCIR (under pressure recipients).

Responsible for the security system of the branch plant.

Collaborates with managers in order to achieve the maintenance plan and perform repair work.

 Carries out preventive maintenance and repair schedule and controls the cost of these activities.

Implement and follow QMS procedures and requirements

Respects  the  5S requirements.

To learn and respect EH&S legislation, Internal Regulation Rules and work place specific requirements
Is responsible for the aquisition of the indirect materials needed in the plan.
Technical specialist with responsibilities in preventing and extinguishing fires.
