RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing production units with technical documentation required for the proper operation of power, electrical, gas installations, and utility networks.
- Developing job descriptions, operational, and technical instructions for maintenance personnel.
- Conducting safety training for employees working with electrical installations, electrical equipment, gas equipment, and electrical machines.
- Organizing and performing planned preventive maintenance, inspections, and testing of power, electrical, ventilation, and gas systems and networks.
- Checking the condition and proper functioning of protective grounding and earthing systems in accordance with regulations.
- Ensuring safe and uninterrupted operation of power, electrical, gas, and ventilation installations and networks.
- Monitoring the availability and proper functioning of electrical tools at electricians’ workplaces.
- Identifying and eliminating structural or technical defects in power, electrical, and gas equipment.
- Ensuring the availability of warning signs, posters, and labels required for safe operation and maintenance.
- Developing and implementing measures for preparing energy and gas systems for autumn–winter and spring–summer operation periods.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements during the operation and repair of power, electrical, and gas equipment.
- Monitoring compliance with safe work practices by personnel.
- Preparing internal and external technical reports.
- Providing information and documentation required by regulatory bodies and company management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher technical education (Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in energy management, power engineering, electrical maintenance, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of energy, occupational safety, and technical safety (valid certifications required).
- Experience in the operation, maintenance, and modernization of power equipment.
- Electrical safety certification (Group V — desirable).
- Skills in managing personnel and supervising contractors.
- Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and energy‑supplying organizations.
- Confident user MS Office; technical software is an advantage.
- High level of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to make technical decisions.
