| 2. RESPONSIBILITIES | |||

| Preparation of fixed and variable Payroll components | • Entering individual records on SAGE PAIE (new recruits). • Ensure the opening of the bank accounts (new recruits). •update of the personal data on SAGE PAIE • Monitoring of mutations. • Monitoring of allocations. • Monitoring of Salary increase. • Prepare the advances for the 15th of the current month. • Follow-up of the credits on Sage Paie and correspondence with credit instititions. • Prepare and ensure payment of wages before the first of each month. • Preparation and payment of departure. • Ensure the editing the dispatching and archiving of the payslips. |

| HR Administration | •Employee Records & Documentation •Maintaining accurate employee files (contracts, personal data, job changes, certifications) •Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and termination documents •Managing onboarding and offboarding paperwork HR Operations Support •Edition of all administrative documents for employees •Coordinating new hires’ onboarding (system access, orientation schedules, documentation) •Supporting employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, leaves of absence) •Responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures |
