To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Payroll, Time Management & Workforce Planning Specialist in our plant in Yazaki, Mudanya (YWTT).

What You'll Do
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Review and verify timesheets, attendance data, and leave records
- Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and labor regulations
- Maintain and update payroll and employee data in the system
- Prepare and distribute payslips and payroll reports
- Handle employee inquiries related to salary and deductions
- Monitor overtime, absences, and leave balances
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Support payroll-related audits and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll data
What will you bring with you?
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, HR, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and/or time management
- Solid knowledge of labor law, tax, and social security legislation
- Proficiency in payroll software (HR WEB,Mikado) and MS Excel
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High level of confidentiality and data protection awareness
- Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally
