To strengthen our team, we are looking for a PM Assistant in our plant in Voisins-le-Bretonneux.
- Department Assistant: Support PMs and PGM managers:
- Ensure Equipment and tools ordering process : input requests, discuss requests with finance, distribute to PM
- Create Purchasing requests
- Organize project reviews
- Support administrative activities
- Assistant to Program management Director
- Ensure PGM KPI tracking ,reporting and track KPI improvement action plans
- Improve standards and processes as part of continuous improvement
- Ensure and track investment budgeting
