Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 18 Months of experience in the position.
- Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
