To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Engineer Sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with YAZAKI groups and external entities.
- Support methodology to be used to calculate Product Carbon Footprint (LCA).
- Collecting and analyzing sustainability data for product & process.
- Integrate entire supply chain with Purchasing/Supply Management.
- Determine recycling strategies within R&D, alignment with customer future strategy.
- Circular Economy with contact with Customer/Suppliers to understand recycled % limits.
- Work with other YAZAKI staff members including engineers, managers, heads and production operators to gather and maintain information for the projects.
- RFQ answers to Engineer Sustainability topics.
- Ensure design projects comply with defined % of green, renewable, recycled materials.
- Prepare Engineer Sustainability reports.
Profile:
- Graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Environmental Engineering or a closely related field;
- Variety of technical Engineering skills.
- Method and commitment mindset.
- Self-motivated and independent;
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing);
- Public presentation skills;
- Willingness to travel.
