The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Program Liaisons: primary link between workstreams & initiative owners and PMO, tightly aligns senior stakeholders with clearly defined accountabilities, supports workstreams in planning, sparring on plan QUALITY and robustness, proactively follows progress of workstreams and Supports issue resolution & escalation to drive impact
Transformation Support: support CTO in running programs, Maintains holistic view to status, issues and progress, ensures that the transformation focuses on results through ongoing assessment of needed resources and capabilities, prepares analysis for key meetings, conducts ad hoc analysis for leadership
Finance Management: sets finance principles and calculation rules, supports workstreams and finance community in estimating financial impact, validates business cases and signs off delivered financial impact, guards actual impact delivery through gross-to-net and program-to-P&L reporting 
Communications: provides support across team structure through tailored communications, builds and updates clear case for change, establishes communications plan and orchestrates comms efforts, produces central comms and supports workstreams and units in their comms efforts, tracks employee pulse and takes appropriated actions together with rest of PMO
HR: sets guidelines and timeline for actions with HR implications, tracks HC metrics to ensure realization of people related goals, coordinates and supports any activities with people implications
SWAT teams: drives bottom-up planning & initiative design (solution development), executes plan to deliver signed-off targets (implementation), pro-actively signals risks, propose mitigation actions, address interdependencies








Job skills & qualifications:          

Master's degree in Business Administration, or Engineering
Minimum 7 years experience in similar area
Fluent in English
