To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Talent Management Intern / Working Student to join our YEMEA Headquarters in Lummen.

 

Join our CoE Growth & Performance as a Talent Management Intern/Working Student and support key Talent Management processes across Yazaki EMEA. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in Performance Management, talent reviews, and succession planning while working in an international environment.

 

Your role:

You will support the Talent Management team in coordinating and implementing core HR processes and cycles, working closely with regional HR teams.

 

What will you do:

  • Support Talent Management processes (e.g. PMP cycle, talent reviews, succession planning)
  • Assist in preparing materials, guidelines, and communications
  • Track progress of HR cycles and follow up with stakeholders
  • Support data collection, reporting, and basic analysis
  • Help maintain HR systems and tools (e.g. OneHR)
  • Provide general administrative and project support

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (HR, Psychology, Business, or similar)
  • Strong interest in HR and Talent Management
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to work with data
  • Good communication skills; comfortable in an international environment
  • MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); HR systems are a plus
  • Fluent in English
