Main Responsibilities:    

  • Preparation of Internal Board reports: produce and publish monthly Board reports, accurate and timely.
  • Support local entities in the use of the reporting SAP tools (BW, BPC) and assist them in implementing or improving their reporting’s need: conduct regular ‘control reviews’ on site and make clear recommendations for improvements. Liaise with IT to ensure ERP & BPC reporting systems are aligned.
  • Support the reporting entities (Finance departments) in understanding reporting issues: clearly explain the structure and interaction of the different reporting concepts.
  • Support the European budgeting and forecasting process and ensure planning data is prepared accurately and timely by the local entities: assist the European Planning Team.
  • Supervise team member(s).
  • Continuous improving of Group Reporting processes: knowledge transfer and coordination of tasks within given deadlines: identify, coordinate, and improve current and new projects.
  • Backup for other reporting team members.         

 

We are looking for:

  • Master degree in Applied Economics.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, teamwork, open-mindedness, initiative and responsibility, dedication, and commitment.
  • Minimum 2 years post qualification experience preferably in a large multinational.
  • Strong IT skills, esp. Excel, Power Point.
  • SAP, BW, BPC experience a distinct advantage.
  • Strong accounting fundamentals.
  • Should be a confident communicator (in English) with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to work un-supervised but team orientated.
  • Intercultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively despite cultural differences.
  • Ability to influence people and gain compliance to Group Reporting requirements will be a key attribute.
  • Second European language also an advantage.
