To strengthen our Corporate Governance department, we are looking for a
Sr. Enterprise Risk Management Specialist – EMEA (m/f/d)
in our location in Lummen, Belgium.
Your responsibilities:
- Support on design, implementation, review and improvement of Yazaki Enterprise Management Program on in collaboration with Head of Corporate Governance
- Design and implementation of related risk controls, processes, policies, and templates based on applicable laws and regulations
- Regularly perform and maintain risk analysis with relevant stakeholders and report the results
- Support on design, implementation, review of Yazaki’s Business Continuity Management approach to be applied for all functions and management systems (synergize and strategize) as basis for incident and event management for Yazaki EMEA Management Board decision-making
- Conduct monitoring and analyzing of trends, developments and events; laws and regulations with impact on YAZAKI business environment
- Maintain and continuously improve Enterprise Risk Management related Trainings and Awareness Programs
Your profile:
- Master’s Degree in Law or Business Management
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable function with profound experience in design and management of Information Protection Programs
- Profound experience data and process management
- Very strong project management, conceptual and communication skills as well as empathy, emotional intelligence and intercultural competence
- Business fluent in English; additional language would be a plus
- Willingness to travel
