In this function you coordinate the complete assignment process from the Selection to the Repatriation of the Assignee in Yazaki Europe (EMEA Region) and act as Center of Expertise for Global Mobility (Relocation, Business Traveler/ Posted Worker and Remote working).    

Your responsibilities:


•supporting  local HR Manager in Europe relating to International Assignments within and outside Europe and regions
•cooperating with external service provider e.g. tax consultants, relocation companies, insurance companies etc. for all Yazaki Europe Limited locations
•coordination of the Relocation process
•supporting the Rotation Plan in cooperation with Japan Headquarter and local HR Manager
• interface for payroll instructions between home and  host entities to ensure payroll compliance

• preparation of cost projections and balance sheet calculations

• daily support of assignee requests

• advising local HR Manager towards visa/immigration topics

• advising local HR Manager towards tax and social security topics 


Your profile:

  • preferable University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or with focus on HR
  • In-depth knowledge in Assignments & International Mobility
  • basic knowledge of international tax and social security regulations
  • basic knowledge of visa- and immigration law
  • several years of experience in working in an international environment
  • proficient language skills in English, Japanese language skills (written as well) a plus
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office and SAP, preferable
