 To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Operations Growth & Performance (G&P) Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Growth & Performance Hub in North Region. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform G&P (Talent Management and Learning & Development) processes and support development of frameworks and improvements. 

  • Coordinate performance yearly cycles on a wider scope; support design enhancements and ensure consistency across locations. 

  • Prepare analyses, insights, dashboards, and more detailed reporting for management. 

  • Support talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential identification and propose development actions. 

  • Optimize existing G&P processes, identify improvement areas, and contribute to framework development. 

  • Collaborate with HRBPs, local HR and business leaders; act as an escalation point for complex cases. 

  • Improve system usage, contribute to templates, tools and process automation. 

  • Independently facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for leaders, HRBPs, and employees.  

  • Develop capability building in growth, performance, and talent processes. 

  • Develop clear process explanations, guides, and stakeholder briefings for Hub-supported countries. 

  • Facilitate Q&A sessions, process walkthroughs, and alignment meetings. 

  • Lead or co-lead Hub-level initiatives.  

  • Monitor and ensure IATF compliance, local legislation, custmer requirements together with CoE and HR Governance 

 

  

 

Your profile:  

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency 

  • Strong experience working with HRIS platforms 

  • Expert-level facilitation and workshop moderation skills 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously
