Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d)

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Understand business needs and translate into Learning & Development processes and programs to support the organization in developing our leaders and employees.
  • Leadership Development: Collaborate closely with the business and our local HR teams to conceptualize and ensure implementation of leadership development programs throughout all layers of the organization.
  • Skill & Career Management: Analyze the need of driving a skill-based approach across the region and help our people understand career opportunities within Yazaki.
  • Employee Engagement: Help to conceptualize key topics and take over project lead as needed across Y-EMEA (e.g. leadership questions, DEIB)
  • Support our central HR Business Partners in answering L&D questions and requests coming from the business 
  • Moderate Workshops and deliver trainings

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources related fields (Business or Business Psychology)
  • Minimum 7-10 years professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
  • Business fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in leading multiple projects and align stakeholders accordingly
  • Experience in leading teams and organizations through change
  • Experience in delivering trainings
  • Experience in moderation of groups
  • Coaching certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, internal customer orientation, high service-mind (strong passion and teamplayer)
