To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[IT Field Operations Technician]] in our plant in [[Oudsbergen]].
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
-Provide first line support for local users as well remote support for users in the region: hardware and software support in the location, laptops, computers (imaging/re-imaging), MFD maintenance and mobile phones support, server / network equipment maintenance, solve tickets received according to the KPIs
-Fulfill the daily tasks coming from management, users and external sources in the area of direct responsibility for HW/SW related topics
-Take appropriate measures, maintenance and updates of Configuration Items to assure Business continuity and Information Security
-Training of end-users; provision of technical support related to Infrastructure projects
-Working closely with IT management to achieve organizational goals, support and cooperation on IT Projects, cooperation on Business related Projects in IT area, enforce IT security standards
-IT Administrative / Technical Tasks: executes medium complex defined tasks in a variety of contexts, some of them non-routine, improves and adjusts existing methods based on experience
-Support IT management for: management of IT related Assets, assignment, inventory and their Lifecycle, ensuring software licensing laws are followed
Job skills & qualifications:
-Technical degree: IT or Computer Science
-A couple years of experience within IT-help desk, client support, end user support, system administration,…
-Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, advanced knowledge of Excel
-Good level of English, written and spoken
