The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • HR administration: time registration (absences/leaves, employment contracts, career break, group and hospitalization insurances, accidents at work, in-flow of employees and additional administration, sanctions, drawing up social documents, following-up social legislation PC 200, invoicing insurances - temporary contracts - trainings,...
  • First point of contact for employees and managers HR-related questions
  • HR Reports: training, monthly reports (working hours, absences, etc.), HC, works council and trade union delegation figures preparation, reporting during audits, budget preparation and management together with HR manager and central HR
  • System administrator One HR / Successfactors: manage master data, recruitment, training registration, follow-up evaluations, etc.
  • Leased cars: ordering new cars and additional administration related to this
  • Admin Support projects: bicycle leasing, employee satisfaction survey, social elections, data protection,...
  • Implementation of central policies at local level (onboarding, offboarding, grading of positions)
  • Administrative coordination and scheduling of training courses
  • Recruitment and selection of managers and non-managers: posting job advertisements, contacting interim offices, conducting interviews, coordinating the selection process, onboarding and monitoring new employees
  • Support Well-being at work: planning medical examinations, reintegration, preparing and attending social medical team,...
  • Participating in the organization of events: staff party, events throughout the year (Easter, Saint Nicholas, women's and men's day, etc.)

 

The selected candidate should have:

  • You have a degree in HR or a couple of years of experience in personnel administration.
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
  • Experience with MS Office, Coupa, time registration,...
  • You are communicative, like to take initiative and have strong administrative skills.
  • You work efficiently and discreetly, with respect for each employee.
