Responsibility:

  • Recruitment and selection of warehouse/office profiles.
  • Personnel administration;
    • SuccessFactors (OneHR)
    • Time registration management (GPS);
    • Onboarding & offboarding of employees;
    • Absence management;
    • Monthly reporting;
    • Administration of international assignments;
    • Insurances (hospitalization & group insurances);

 

 

  • Giving advice and support employees;
  • Training and development;
    • Administration and organization of training sessions;
  • Payroll
    • Preparation of monthly payroll data (+-130 employees);
    • Flexplan
  • Responsible for global communications on local level and social initiatives;

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience 0-3 years;
  • Language requirement (English and Dutch);
  • Experience with payroll agency, OneHR (SF), Emprova GPS is advantage;
  • MS office;
