To strengthen our team, we are looking for a ECS Logistics Supervisor to join our YEMEA Headquarters in Lummen.
Key responsibilities:
• Stimulate, motivate, develop, instruct, control direct reports, evaluate on regular base, reporting and escalation (if needed) to higher level, division of work within the group.
• Develop, automise, implement logistical & IT processes and systems in order to improve service level and maintain/reduce costs, set-up and implement procedures and logistical agreements, support new projects.
• Controlling of service level and costs, improve where necessary/possible.
• Reporting of inbound and outbound volumes.
• Networking and maintain good relations with both suppliers and customers, logistical partners and other departments, attend calls and meetings.
• Supervise logistical activities, coordination and optimalisation supply chain, cost management, assist planners by escalation, correct allocation from available stocks.
Your profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Proven, hands-on experience with IATF 16949:2016 quality management systems is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
