What You’ll Do
- WERS Concern population and analysing and resolving PPM questions
- WERS Alert population for TT, PP and MP1 build phase and following serial production
- Supporting the master usage development and validation of vehicle line complexity
- Monitoring of daily KSK orders errors received from FGS logistic team
- Investigation of VIN orders causing plausibility issues, clarification with UK releasing team and Ford PVT
- Give direction to FGS logistics team how to proceed with VIN orders causing plausbility issues
- Give clear solution and direction to complexity/releasing engineer for action
- Align with FGS losgistics and UK releasing team introduction timing for updated / new plausibility charts
- TT and onwards BOM validation based on ordering issues
- Interface for PPM queries related to part ordering issues
- Interface to manufacturing plants related to part ordering issues
- Undertstand of PDO and PDL in conjuction with CRF and TIB to analysis and resovle BOM and ordering issues
- Understanding of the deployment of complexity in Vehicle line
- Understanding and generation of Plausibility matrix tables of KSK vehicle platforms.
- Strong Understanding of KSK methodology and deployment in responsible program
Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering or relevant fields
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience of Vehicle EDS or electrical systems preferred
- Proficient user of BOM and similar customer systems
- Understanding of part complexity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Logical thinking and problem solving
- Self-motivation and prioritisation
- Ability to work in a team as well as alone
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
- Male candidates should have completed military service
