Operational administrator (logistics)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Entering and updating data related to customs and logistics documents (declarations, invoices, certificates);
• Tracking document validity periods (opening dates, closing deadlines, phased write-offs);
• Recording receipt and write-off of goods in internal systems;
• Entering information on components, customs duty rates, and related data into the company’s system;
• Preparing a standard set of export documents (invoices, packing lists, accompanying documents);
• Transferring documents to customs brokers and communicating with them;
• Providing administrative support for customs procedures (without independent customs clearance);
• Maintaining monthly accounting reports on the movement of goods (from import to shipment);
• Verifying the accuracy of data in documents and systems;
• Cooperating with internal departments (logistics, finance, production);
• Complying with internal procedures and instructions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Office work experience;
• Basic understanding of document management;
• Attention to detail, responsibility, accuracy in working with numbers and tables;
• Basic skills in MS Excel / MS Office;
• Willingness to communicate with customs brokers and colleagues;
• Motivation to develop in the field of logistics and foreign economic operations.
