RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change

• Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, operations issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, and create documentation and standards for new developed process

• Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping and cost analysis to determine project feasibility

• Participate at cross company and customer satisfaction activities

• Develop, lead and monitor KAIZEN activities/process

• Leading and coaching various departments on Operational Excellence Programs

• Continuously looking at ways of increasing efficiency or improving methods in place

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years working in a similar position within a local manufacturing setup

• 5 years in automotive industry

• Experience in production or logistic processes

• Degree in Engineering or Economic fields

• Ability to lead, coordinate and supervise people in cross-functional teams

• Self-starter and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

• Strong written and spoken communication in English is required

• A highly meticulous individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Can work in a fast-paced environment and have a technical aptitude

• Team player with a positive attitude
