RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Monitor, report, and support the resolution of quality concerns identified at the customer assembly plant.
• Act as the key point of contact between the customer, warehouse, and Yazaki manufacturing plants.
• Coordinate containment, sorting, and rework activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Create and communicate inspection, sorting, and rework instructions while monitoring their effectiveness.
• Perform quality audits and proactively identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
• Follow up on corrective actions and support problem-solving activities with internal teams and manufacturing plants.
• Ensure timely reporting of quality issues, customer complaints, and escalation of critical concerns.
 
 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Technical education or relevant experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or the Automotive industry.
• Previous experience in a quality-related role is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work on-site at customer locations when required.
