To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Quality Resident Engineer in our Logistics Hub in Palencia.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
- Coordinate sorting and rework activities (internal, supplier, customer issues)
- Monitor KPIs: sorted quantities, NOK rate, efficiency, CoPQ
- Perform daily Gemba reviews at customer assembly lines
- Ensure fast reaction to customer claims and portal updates
- Challenge root cause analysis and action plans
- Support QIP, PQE meetings, and warranty/GMF activities
- Manage sorting-related Purchase Orders and reporting
Your Profile

- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in automotive quality (OEM exposure preferred)
- Strong knowledge of 8D, root cause analysis, containment
- Structured, reactive, and customer-oriented
- Spanish & English required
