To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Quality Resident Engineer in our Logistics Hub in Palencia.
- Palencia HUB: Quality coordination :
- Coordinate and deploy HUB quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external standards
- Palencia HUB: Sorting and Reworks coordination :
- Coordinate and approve sorting and rework activitiess in case of internal, customer, or supplier quality issues for OEMs using the Palencia HUB.
- Ensure rework processes are documented, approved, and audited.
- Monitor and consolidate sorting and rework KPIs (quantities sorted, NOK rate, rework efficiency, cost of poor-quality).
- Manage and track sorting and rework activities with the sorting compagny.
- Share data and reporting with concerned OEMs
- Manage Purshase Orders for each Location, Project, Sorting company...
- Gemba Review in Customer Plants :
- Perform Daily GEMBA review in Customer assembly lines to assess risks linked to YAZAKI products and share the information with the related YAZAKI locations.
- Maintain Fast Reactivity :
- Ensure Fast Reactivity (Inform, Start of selection/sorting activities, completion of Customer Portal) for any issue highlighted by Customer or identified as risky or possible improvement
- YAZAKI Plants Support :
- Assist YAZAKI needs in Customer Plants (Data collection, Investigations, sortings, Technical Receptions, Firewall Implementation) and in terms of needed info from Logistic's HUB
- Claims Reactivity :
- Ensure daily follow-up with Yazaki plants to ensure good reactivity in terms of GQRS portal fulfillment respecting the agreed due dates and the accuracy of the content
- Claims analysis :
- To challenge the content of analysis , roote cause definition and action plan implementation and standardisation
- Manage sorting Activities :
- Managing and Monitoring efficient sorting activity
- Optimize sorting cycle time and methods by continuously challenging the sorting company to adopt more efficient and effective practices
- Ensure accurate tracking and control of the quantity of sorted parts, with regular reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Track the CoPQ :
- Weekly review / tracking update of CoPQ with all needed evidences
- Reporting
- Ensure full reporting on time to YAZAKI Plants and CSC following QRE Guideline and Customer Requirements
- Support QIP,Kakotora, PQE and GMF activity
- Support QIP starting from data collection for the identification of common issues between different customer locations
- Support Kakotora activity
- Ensure PQE weekly meetings with Plants /customer , by preparing the PQE data and alignning with plants prior to customer meeting
- On-site support for GMF / Warranty data collection and analysis
- Quality Management System
- Full support for respect of Internal procedures and Certification Bodies Requirements is mandatory
