Mission :
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and project profitability through the development of variants by leading his group to achieve the QCDP objectives of the module contract.
- Manages Product/Process development operations, validation, industrialization of components within his scope in compliance with the contract integrating: functional requirements, regulations, the legal obligation of General Product Safety, the Renault Design System and business rules.
- Ensures the necessary coordination within his group (LI, purchasing, logisticians, SPP, SQF, validation, etc.) by analyzing the results, identifying hard points and proposing solutions to converge technical definitions to ensure QCDP convergence.
- Ensures coordination with projects by ensuring the interface and reporting
- As part of projects in the series life phase and derivate versions manages the progress of the processing of quality and economic subjects
Main tasks :
Initiates and manages the ANPQP approach in the case of the first industrialization of a module
Manages the progress of the LUPs of the variants of its Module for the different Projects
Ensures compliance with the milestones of the module deliverable in line with the first customer project of each variant.
Identifies cost reduction opportunities to optimize the Total Delivery Cost
Ensures the interchangeability of module parts of the same variant worldwide
Contributes to the improvement of the module strategy with the GSFA pilot through its upstream involvement and feedback
Submits requests for modification of a module variant to the GSFA pilot.
Ensures the correct documentation of the 2 economic documentary systems (ASSESSOR to enable the economic management of the module and OPEP to provide information to the project at the FUSE level and with the nature of the deviations
Contributes to the performance of Engineering by actively participating in the implementation and capitalization of tools and methods in its scope of activity
