RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Manage MRP activities and release purchase orders, delivery schedules, and forecasts to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and proactively manage supply risks to ensure production continuity.
• Maintain inventory levels within target through effective order and stock management.
• Track material availability and escalate potential shortages impacting production.
• Support supplier communication, invoice discrepancy resolution, and inventory reporting.
• Participate in engineering changes and new project launches to ensure material availability and minimize obsolete stock.
 
 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, materials planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced English skills.
• Good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
