What will your job be about?
- Execute and approve material orders in alignment with production plans and supplier agreements.
- Manage end-to-end order confirmation processes with suppliers to ensure supply chain continuity.
- Optimize supplier lead times and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) to balance inventory levels.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and transport companies for timely material pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all material planning reports and operational outputs.
- Identify and implement actions to enhance material cycle speed and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Monitor critical material status, develop robust action plans for shortages, and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure synchronized operational flow.
- Fully comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and support IT security activities.
- Manage responsibilities regarding corrective and preventive actions within the ISMS framework.
- Ensure all departmental processes are aligned with KVKK (Data Protection) regulations and company privacy statements.
- Promptly report security incidents or policy violations to the relevant internal units.
- Maintain high standards of discipline and adherence to company procedures.
- Fulfill additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals.
What will you bring with you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- Proven experience in material planning, supply chain, or production control (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP: Extensive experience in using SAP for material management and order processing
- Advanced MS Office Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Excel (for data analysis/reporting), Word, and Outlook to manage professional communications and documentation
- English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level (Independent User) or higher; capable of conducting business in an English-speaking environment
- IT/Technology Proficiency: Strong ability to adapt to new digital tools and maintain data integrity across systems
- Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa
