Position: Manufacturing QA supervisor

Job Criteria:

•  Level of studies: Master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
• Experience:  2 years minimum experience in EDS manufacturing / preferred: 1 year experience in leadership role.
• Languages: Fluent in English & French (Good communication and interpersonal skills).

 Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage manufacturing quality team including skills development and coaching.
• Define internal objectives for manufacturing quality team in line with business requirement.
• Monitor and ensure quality KPIs are within assigned targets.
•  Collect, analyze quality data, and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure quality BOS elaboration and actions monitoring
• Ensure quality assurance plan application and respect of YAZAKI standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure elaboration of Quality Roadmap and actions follow-up.
• Ensure Implementation of LPA audits according to YAZAKI Standards.
• Elaborate and deliver quality improvement initiatives through internal QIP/QRM
• Ensure information and actions transverealization in all production area KAKOTORA / FMEA
• Ensure the correct application of technical changes.
• Ensure internal and external audits preparation and actions monitoring.

Profile requirements:

• High personal motivation and ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches to meet objectives
• Oriented to performance & results
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (exp: FMEA, SPC ,…)
• Ability to work under a Matrix environment
• Professional use of all major Microsoft Office applications
