RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Lead manufacturing readiness and project launches for new products or product changes.
• Define and execute manufacturing project plans, including timelines, resources, equipment, and staffing.
• Coordinate manufacturing budgets and ensure delivery of project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, logistics, purchasing, and customers.
• Oversee trial runs, process validation, and production ramp-up activities.
• Identify and mitigate manufacturing-related project risks and track KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive project management.
• Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g. APQP, Gantt, GPMS, Salesforce).
• Experience with manufacturing processes, production ramp-up, and automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, PPAP).
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Professional level of English and strong communication and organizational skills.
