RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with technical documentation.
Reviewing and processing technical documentation received from equipment suppliers.
Following internal procedures, instructions, and operational regulations.
Reading technical drawings and manuals to ensure proper equipment operation.
Ensuring uninterrupted functioning of production equipment.
Performing operation and preventive maintenance of technical systems within the assigned area of responsibility.
Conducting maintenance activities according to control plans and technical instructions.
Recording measurements and maintenance activities in operation logs.
Eliminating minor technical issues and malfunctions.
Performing repairs and replacing parts within the scope of preventive maintenance.
Complying with occupational health and safety regulations when working with equipment.
Ensuring personal safety and the safety of colleagues.
Timely reporting on the technical condition of equipment.
Informing supervisors about deviations, faults, or the need for repair.
Preparing required technical reports and documentation.
Performing tasks carefully to avoid equipment damage.
Using materials and resources efficiently.
Following 5S workplace organization principles.
Systematically implementing improvements in accordance with 5S standards.
 

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of equipment operation.
Understanding of harness production processes.
Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy when working with documentation.
Responsibility, discipline, and ability to follow established procedures
