| P2-P3 Area | Observe, listen, touch, smell: all the senses of a maintenance technician must be alert to anticipate malfunctions. Analyze, diagnose the causes, and find solutions to malfunctions. Independently perform all preventive maintenance actions aimed at preventing failures and all corrective maintenance actions to restore initial operation. Modify or improve the reliability of equipment to facilitate maintenance operations or enhance its performance. Ensure that production processes operate flawlessly. Write reports related to interventions. Productivity gains through improvement actions to increase the availability, reliability, or maintainability of equipment. |
