To strengthen our team, we are looking for Maintenance Engineer which will be located in our plant Akyazı, SAKARYA
What will your job be about?
- Conducting detailed downtime analyses and closely monitoring ongoing chronic equipment malfunctions
- Leading and mobilizing the team to take prompt and effective actions regarding these malfunctions
- Managing and ensuring the timely procurement of spare parts for the responsible production areas
- Actively utilizing the SAP system, specifically operating within the maintenance module
- Conducting negotiations with suppliers to improve processes and reduce spare part costs
- Working actively on the shop floor within a uniquely structured maintenance organization that differs from standard corporate structures
What will you bring with you?
- A bachelor’s degree primarily in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering graduates will also be evaluated
- Basic exposure to corporate life is sufficient; highly experienced profiles are not mandatory for this role
- A hands-on, field-oriented approach with the ability to actively engage on the shop floor rather than just desk work
- Advanced written and spoken English & Turkish
- A strong, field-oriented profile capable of managing both technical processes and a blue-collar team on the shop floor
- Residing in or able to reside in Sakarya-Kocaeli provinces
