Your Profile:
• Level of studies: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, technical fields or equivalent.
• Experience: 18 months of experience in current position & 3 years of experience .
• Languages: Fluent in English.
Main responsibilities:

| Manage team´s day-to-day operations. | Close follow up and act for the critical PN´s in order to avoid stoppages in our production lines. Ensure appropriate actions to mitigate/avoid stoppages in the plant´s production lines/customer lines as per excessive/dead stocks. | ||
| Provide guidance and work instruction to the team under your scope. | Clarify better way of working according to Yazaki´s standards. Instruct how to properly use ERP system, routine with Suppliers and other necessaries tools. | ||
| Research and purchase products and materials according with specifications of the company | Decide about better sourcing in otder to avoid missing components and excessive stocks. | ||
| Build relationship with differents Stake Holders and negotiate with them for the best results | Negotiate better logistics conditions such as MOQ, Lead Time & etc in order to assure better terms to the Plant everytime when possible. | ||
| Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc | Make traceability for the weekly demands/coverage. Assure correct parameters in ERP system. | ||
| Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies. | Track trough the properly tools (Coverage table, exception message & etc) correct level of stock face to requirements. Make happen property escalation due to critical/emergency components. | ||
| Oversee distribution of suppliers in the organization | Redistribute correct Workload to all the team always when necessary. | ||
| Supervise, evaluate, and coach subordinates | Provide and record properly feedback to all the team. At least twice a year. | ||
| Assure and monitor the proper parametrization in SAP. Follow up KPIs. | Cross check ROT standards x parameters in SAP (weekly basis). Full fill and follow KPIs. | ||
| Analyze coverage trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions | Act actively in order to cut unnecesary MOQs coming from Supplier. Avaliate bringing last orders from other afiliates or distributors. | ||
| Keep Material Planner activities under your scope | Perform Material Planner activities for the Suppliers under your scope. | ||
| Manage Logistics Claims with Supplier | Follow up GQRS treatment in order to recover potential losses due to Supplier´s responsibility. | ||
