Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management & Satisfaction: With the full responsibility of the technical exchanges with the customer, you coordinate all technical activities for key accounts, develop customer relationships, and ensure reliable customer support.
  • Market Trends & Business Growth: You collect & analyze customer needs and market potential in collaboration with engineering, sales, and business development, while monitoring technological trends and competitor developments.
  • Technical Strategy & Planning: You collect technical requirements, assist with product specifications to provide proposals to the customer for existing and new products. You develop strategies for sustainable business growth.
  • Product Development: You work with internal and external teams to define specifications, schedules, and validation processes.
  • Project follow up: You support new product introductions, monitor project's milestones, and assist with RFQ handling.
  • Customer Communication: You facilitate technical discussions with customers and document outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications (mechanical or electronic)
  • Experience in the automotive industry in technical customer support and project management 
  • Strong communication skills, results oriented and sales focus mindset 
  • Professional use of all major MS-Office applications.
