To strengthen our team, we are looking for Labor Relations & HR Administration Team Manager which will be located in our plant, Gemlik, BURSA
What will your job be about?
- Ensure full compliance with Labor Law and local regulations across all HR operations
- Support Union relations and collective bargaining processes where applicable
- Oversee end-to-end Onboarding and Offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Manage Legal HR support, employee documentation, and rigorous records management/archiving
- Maintain HRIS integrity by overseeing data entry, system updates, and benefits administration (including Health Insurance)
- Design and coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs aligned with company strategy; assess training needs and track effectiveness to close competency gaps
- Lead and support core talent processes, including Talent Acquisition, Growth & Performance Management.
- Track and analyze HR metrics (training results, engagement surveys, etc.) to develop and execute data-driven action plans
- Drive Employee Relations, Culture & Well-being initiatives to strengthen organizational health
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee engagement projects that foster motivation and company culture.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications on internal and social media content to enhance employer branding.
- Maintain, update, and ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead HR initiatives to increase operational efficiency
What will you bring with you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Labor Economics, or a related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in a similar HR role, demonstrating a solid career trajectory
- Proven track record in leadership roles, with significant experience in managing and developing HR teams
- Deep understanding of comprehensive HR practices and governance frameworks.
- Strong focus on data-driven decision-making; experience in HR Data Analytics is a significant asset
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), capable of working effectively in a global business environment
- High proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills for complex reporting and analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust through an empathetic and collaborative approach
- Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations and provide strategic solutions
- Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire and mentor team members
- Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa
