What You’ll Do

 

Ensure smooth execution of below HR processes such as:

  • Labor Law Compliance
  • Union and Collective Bargaining Support (where applicable)
  • Employee Relations
  • Legal and Compliance Monitoring
  • Archiving and Records Management
  • Legal HR Support
  • On boarding and Off boarding Processes
  • Employee Documentation Administration
  • Data Entry and System Updates
  • Legal and Compliance Monitoring
  • Health Insurance and Benefits Records
  • Archiving and Records Management
  • Process Improvement and Initiative
  • Lead and support activities in Talent Acquisition, Growth & Performance Management, Culture & Well-being and Corporate Communications.
  • Design and coordinate Learning & Development programs aligned with company strategy; assess needs, track effectiveness and close competency gaps.
  • Support CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture and motivation.
  • Collaborate with corporate communications on internal and social media content.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics, including training results and engagement surveys. Develop and execute action plans

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and processes (HR Governance, Data Analytics experience is a plus).
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — empathetic, proactive and collaborative.
  • Residence in Bursa
