To strengthen our team, we are looking for a LR& HR Admin Specialist L2 in our plant in Meknes .
Tasks & Attributions :
- Administer employee offboarding and manage employment lifecycle activities, including contract renewals and probation periods.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support labor relations, including communication with employee representatives and unions, as well as disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment letters, contracts, disciplinary notices, and employee records.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, employee data updates, and HR system transactions.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, employment conditions, and administrative matters.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation; support HR audits and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with EH&S, QMS, and 5S standards.
Qualifications :
- Master Degree in Human ressources Management , Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in in HR administration and labor relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
