What are we looking for?

Yazaki is looking for a Specialist that will be responsible for developing a training strategy and developing materials that drive operational excellence and support business growth under the Change Management Team.  You will assist with digitalizing the required trainings for the Supply Chain Team. This will include but is not limited to, documenting the training materials, maintaining training schedules, and training teams on new processes to ensure efficiency, and auditing training acceptance.

 

What will you be doing:

  • Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Designing effective training programs
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Keep attendance and other records
  • Manage training budgets
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training
  • Audit training for acceptance

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Degree Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field or equivalent experience

 

 

Travel Requirements:

Both domestic and international travel could be required between Yazaki facilities and to customer and manufacturing sites

Language:

English (required), Spanish (required)

Application/Software:

SAP, Success Factors and Microsoft Suite

On Call Requirements:

During customer production hours including overtime, weekend hours and holidays. Extended work hours occasionally required to meet with parties in different time zones.

Physical Requirements:

Primarily Sedentary
