What we are looking for:

Yazaki is looking for a Project Manager to join our Supply Chain Management Team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and action-driven environment making lasting impacts on the organization. 

What you will be doing:

Provide service, direction, and support for all Supply Chain Management (SCM) Departments and Daily Operations processes and tools. Coordinates roll out activities and provides onsite support for new SAP implementations   Interacts with external / internal customers and consultants as it relates to SCM Logistics Execution and Procurement (LE& P) business processes, systems, procedures, documentation, training, reporting, and metrics   

What you will bring to the table:

• Coordinates and facilitates SCM LE&P processes and SAP system implementation at selected sites going live in SAP.  
• Support of implementation into all areas of a facility/site to include warehouse areas.
• Reviews and provides input on applicable SCM LE&P Projects.
• Participates in integration activities with other Business Process Teams.
• Develops, writes, and releases new processes and may re-write and re-lease existing processes that may change due to SAP or legacy system improvements. 
• Coordinates and Facilitates system testing activities within SAP and/or a legacy system. 
• Promotes and performs process and system improvements.
• Identifies and implements best practices.
• Creates and maintains project plans.
• Plans, coordinates and executes training to all levels of associates.
• Provides mentoring and coaching as necessary.
• Creates standard or customized system generated reports from SAP or legacy system.
• Creates and Establishes Business Process KPI’s.
• Analyzes metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Leads multi-functional teams as required
• Manages approved SCM LE&P projects
• Leads organizational change readiness activities
• Leads integration activities with other Business Process Teams.
• Leads SCM LE & P OG Team Meetings
• Participates in Project Approval Board Meetings
