POSITION SUMMARY

· Product Handler I: Entry-level position for the distribution facility to develop skills and knowledge required to perform core distribution functions utilizing YNA processes/procedures/systems.

· Product Handler II: Must demonstrate the knowledge required to perform core distribution functions utilizing YNA process/procedures/systems.

· Product Handler III: Must demonstrate the ability to perform multiple functions throughout various areas of the operation or within multiple facilities and be capable of performing daily job functions with minimum support/supervision.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Load and unload trucks

· Put away incoming stock

· Fill orders

· Label and Verify stock

· Stage outgoing shipments

· Sort and stack stock

· Perform Cycle Counts

· General housekeeping activities

· Support long-range and short-term group forecasts, goals, objectives, and priorities

· Support other projects, tasks, and/or duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Degree Requirements: High school or GED

Certification Requirements: Forklift Certification

Previous Experience:

Product Handler I: Preferred but not necessary Product Handler II and Product Handler III: 18 – 24 months preferred

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
