Managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that wire harness designs and related documentation are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Providing technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, including mentoring, coaching, and training.
Collaborating with other departments such as sales, production, and quality assurance to ensure that wire harness designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Managing the development and maintenance of technical documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials.
Overseeing the design and testing of wire harness prototypes and production samples, ensuring compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Conducting research and development activities to identify new technologies and materials for wire harness design and production.
