| • Frequent reporting of Supply Management related tasks. • Periodically reporting of savings status per Category buyer. • Responsible for eRFQ related responsibilities i.e. support for Initiation, clarification, follow up all eRFQ's issued towards Connection Systems suppliers • Enter & upload all purchasing conditions in GPDB and perform data quality checks on a regular basis. • Enter & upload required data in CST based on data provided by category buyer • Enter & upload all contract related data and docu-ments in ENAIO system based on data provided by category buyer • Support category buyer team with all data clarifica-tion activities, issues and follow up general requests to suppliers (e.g. Samples, data updates...) |

•Close collaboration with Design Engineering, Advanced Purchasing and Cost Engineering |

| • Preparation and transmission of periodical reports • All activities (Monthly reports, etc.) to control and present to the manager |

| • Compliance with ISMS policies, • Compliance with the privacy statement and disciplinary procedure, • fulfillment of responsibilities in ISMS activities, • Notification of infringements of ISMS. |
