To strengthen our team, we are looking for a IT Specialist in our plant in [[location]]. 

Responsibilities:

 

  • providing End-Users Helpdesk support in related topics;
  • upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives;
  • implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats;
  • creating user accounts and performing access control;
  • supporting production IT environment with 2 shifts;
  • setup devices physically on the place and provide assistance for their remote management.
  • providing SW audit.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar;
  • understanding the principles of PC diagnostics;
  • knowledge of desktop OS of the Windows family at the administrator level;
  • exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
