Overall split of responsibilities:
•    Business Relationship Manager / IT Business Partner, Demand Manager, Project Manager role – 80-90% of capacity
•    IT PM Process improvements, design and documentation – 10-20% of capacity


Business Relationship Manager, IT Business Partner role:
•    Guide, train and support business through the IT PMO process
•    IT Demand process validation and design
•    Liaise between business, Central Functions and IT
•    Support, coordinate and drive the Business Integration Process


Demand Manager role:
•    Business requirements clarification management, alignment with stakeholders
•    Coordination of solution design, alignment with IT Functional Experts/Architects
•    Review and validation of benefits in cooperation with Finance/Controlling
•    Resource planning
•    Cost estimate consolidation for approval and Business Case purposes
•    Execution planning


Project Manager role:
•    Project initiation, planning, execution and closure management
•    Project team management
•    Resource Plans tracking and updates
•    Budget preparation and tracking
•    Scope and timing tracking and updates
•    Handover management
•    Project and KPI reporting
•    Work Breakdown, Action List follow-up
•    Change management coordination

Needed skills/competences:
•    Structured approach – ability to handle complex topics, break them down to digestible chunks
•    Ability to listen, understand and translate complex inputs from different teams and achieve common understanding
•    University degree preferred
•    Experience with Project Management methodology, PMP certification is an advantage
•    Business background or experience (especially in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Automotive areas) is an advantage
•    English language written and spoken comfortably and fluently
•    Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project advanced knowledge
•    ITSM knowledge is an advantage (ServiceNow, JIRA etc.)
•    Basic overall knowledge of Information Technologies
•    Planning and organizing skills, project breakdown
•    Strong communication and team coordination skills
•    Documentation, presenting skills
•    Results- and targets-driven
•    Taking ownership and independence, proactiveness
•    Mobility (business traveling) up to 25% of the time
